Animal Shelter and Health
The Marathwada and Vidarbha regions are historically drought-prone, leading to severe agricultural distress and water crises. Persistent drought endangers not only human life but also the lives of animals, which are critical to the
livelihoods of farmers in Beed district and surrounding areas.
In a our region where countless animals face neglect and hardship, our unwavering commitment shines through with 6785 animals sheltered—offering safe havens, healing wounds, and restoring hope. Simultaneously, 6476 animals received free vaccinations, shielding them from deadly diseases and paving the way for healthier, longer lives.
Our Response: Moved by the crisis, we established a fully-equipped cattle camp providing comprehensive care, shelter, fodder, water, and veterinary services. Our initiative has helped preserve the livestock assets of vulnerable farming families during critical drought periods.
